Steps
Open the SPARQ AI App
Sign in with the account you want to delete.
Go to Profile
Tap on the person icon in the tab bar at the bottom of the screen.
Open Account Preferences
Within Profile page, tap on the Account Preferences option.
Tap Delete Account, then Confirm
Within Account Preferences page, tap on "Delete Account", and then confirm its deletion.
What happens to your data
Once the deletion is confirmed, there is a 30 day window to reactivate your account. Beyond that, the following data will be permanently deleted:
Account and Profile
Name, email address, sign-in identity
Your Vehicles
VIN, Make, Model, Trim, and Vehicle Specifications
Glovebox Uploads
Insurance, Registration, Driver's Licence and Smog Check
SPARQ AI
Conversations, Preferences and Recomandations
If you can't use the app
If you have already uninstalled SPARQ AI, or you cannot sign in, email support@joinsparq.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm by email once it is done.
