Open the SPARQ AI App
Sign in with the account you want to delete.
Go to Profile
Tap on the person icon in the tab bar at the bottom of the screen.
Open Account Preferences
Within Profile page, tap on the Account Preferences option.
Tap Delete Account, then Confirm
Within Account Preferences page, tap on "Delete Account", and then confirm its deletion.
What happens to your data
The 30-day reactivation window begins when you initiate your deletion request: when you confirm Delete Account in the app, or when you send your email request. The same window applies to both methods. After this window, the following data is permanently deleted:
Account and Profile
Name, email address, sign-in identity
Your Vehicles
VIN, Make, Model, Trim, and Vehicle Specifications
Glovebox Uploads
Insurance, Registration, Driver's Licence and Smog Check
SPARQ AI
Conversations, Preferences and Recomandations
